The inscriptions in the Society's Library for the Ancient Parishan Ancient Parish is a Church of England parish which had both ecclesiastical and civil functions of Barnes St Mary were collected in 1932. There are around 720 names which date from ca. 1508 to ca. 1923
We have recently copied G E Cokayne's notes on Barnes churchyard from ca 1890 (courtesy of Surrey Archaeological Society) At 24 June 2015 these have not yet been transcribed nor indexed.

Parts of Barnes St Mary became Barnes Holy Trinity in 1888; and Barnes St Michael and All Angels in 1919. Both were previously chapels of ease.
