The Monumental Inscriptions for Stoke St. John were noted for the Society in 1977. We also have copies of Alfred Bax's survey of 1903 (taken on a "warm and sunny day") and an undated manuscript ca 1911 from the Pardoe Collection. Our thanks to the Librarian, Surrey Archaeological Society for allowing us to copy these latter two manuscripts.
